Map is "Huge" category and as such works best with no more than 12 Players and 20 City States. I am not sure what occurs if you use more or less than those numbers. This map includes Tal'Dorei, Marquet, Issylra, Wildemount, and the Shattered teeth as well as two smaller land masses in the northern oceans.
